why choose

I started my career in the service industry at the onset of my teenage years, helping my parents manage El Ancon, a historic transportation business in Loiza, Puerto Rico. During my college years l worked as a manger at Applebee’s, Fuddruckers and Houlihan’s restaurants. After college I continued my journey into the restaurant/hospitality industry, gaining experience at the Hard Rock Cafe both in Puerto Rico and in Louisiana, and at Double Tree by Hilton in Puerto Rico.
